Functional medicine takes a holistic approach. Instead of treating symptoms alone, it looks for the underlying causes and the individual connections – at our naturopathic practice in Berlin-Kreuzberg with time, care and a clear view of the whole picture.
What is functional medicine?
Functional medicine combines current scientific findings with an individual view of the person.
The central question is why complaints arise and which factors influence them. These include, for example, diet, gut health, micronutrient supply, hormonal regulation, metabolism, sleep, stress and environmental factors.
How does the treatment work?
It all starts with a detailed consultation. We look not only at your current complaints, but also at your medical history, your lifestyle and possible influencing factors.
Depending on the question, further laboratory diagnostics may be useful. Based on all the information, we develop an individual treatment concept tailored to your personal situation.

Our aim is to identify possible causes and connections and to support the body’s natural regulatory processes as effectively as possible – at our naturopathic practice in Berlin-Kreuzberg, complemented where useful by bioidentical hormone therapy.

In the initial consultation we take sufficient time to get to know your individual situation and to plan the next steps together.

Appointments can be made online or by phone. If laboratory diagnostics are required, the costs are billed separately and directly with the respective laboratory.
